THE PRODUCT
Folds away, opens up
Closed, it's a clean panel on the wall. Open, it's a full desk with built-in power and a monitor arm. The Murf X adds electric sit-stand.

OPERATIONS
From prototype to production
Brandon turned the prototype into a repeatable build: a documented process for manufacturing, assembly, and packaging, install kits grouped by step, and a shop laid out so parts flow to finished desks. He helped shape the design toward fewer, cheaper parts, then trained the production lead and handed it off.

OPERATIONS
Inventory that can't drift
Instead of paying for an inventory app, he built one: a custom CRM, bill of materials, and inventory system. Orders flow in on their own, and marking a desk shipped updates what's owed and on hand within minutes. It tracks 79 parts from 15 suppliers across both desks and flags what to reorder, and when. 📦

THE PLATFORM
What you place is what prints
He architected the back end and built the Murf Maker: pick a finish, drop your own art on the desk, and see it in 3D and AR before you buy, all wired into Shopify. Behind the scenes, every design becomes a print-ready file. It went live in October 2026 and brought in custom-art orders the first week. 🎨
The Result
Launched in March 2025 and shipping to 25+ US states within the first year. The Murf X Kickstarter raised $210,465 on a $40,000 goal 🎉, and sales more than doubled year over year (2.18× in the first 8 months of year 2).
